01 The model

Agency or bot was always the wrong question.

You need more than software to configure, and more than a person with a dashboard. Get technical daily execution and experienced human management, working as one service.

Option A

A human agency

Human judgment. Manual execution.

Human strategy matters. But without a connected AI implementation, the daily detail still depends on manual workflows.

  • Manual workflows
  • Separate tools to coordinate
  • Human judgment

Option B

A bot on its own

Automation, no accountability.

Automation can handle the detail. Without expert management, strategy, checking and accountability still land back on you.

  • Daily attention
  • No human approval
  • You are the safety net

LaserGrowthBots

Both. That’s the model.

Bot speed. Expert judgment. One flat fee.

Full-service human management plus three purpose-trained AI agents. Daily PPC, account and listing work, connected by a senior Amazon expert. Not a tool you have to run. A team that runs it with you, for $2,750/month.

  • Daily attention
  • Every change human-approved
  • Full change log + undo

02 The agents

Three expert-trained agents. One senior human over all of them.

Not a generalist chatbot waiting for your next prompt. Three Amazon specialists run purpose-built playbooks on your account data, with a senior human turning their proposals into accountable daily execution.

Juno, the PPC agentAGT—01 / PPC

PPC

Juno

Precise with spend. Relentless about waste.

What Juno does

  • Daily bids and budget optimization
  • Keywords and negatives, with a reason for every proposed move
  • Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display
  • Campaign structure, placements and dayparting

How Juno is trained

A purpose-built PPC playbook combines expert Amazon advertising know-how with Amazon’s own documentation. Search-term relevance, bid discipline and budget decisions are evaluated against your account data and the goal set at kickoff.

Not just ad advice. Unlike a generic AI assistant, Juno proposes specific bid and negative-keyword moves with a reason for each, ready for a senior expert to approve, edit or reject.

Proposes → Senior expert approves

Knox, the account agentAGT—02 / Account

Account

Knox

Calm, vigilant. Nothing quietly slips past.

What Knox does

  • Buy Box and hijacker monitoring
  • Inventory alerts only: you decide what to buy and place POs
  • Stranded and suppressed listings
  • Account health and organic rank

How Knox is trained

An Amazon operations playbook focuses Knox on account-health and Buy Box risk patterns, from hijackers to stranded or suppressed listings. Expert operations know-how and Amazon’s documentation guide what to flag in your account for human triage.

Named risks. Not vague advice. Unlike a generic AI assistant, Knox monitors specific account issues for expert review. Inventory stays alert-only: you make buying decisions and place every PO.

Reviews and customer insights belong to Sage, not Knox.

Flags → Senior expert triages

Sage, the listing agentAGT—03 / Listings & insights

Listings & insights

Sage

Thoughtful words. A sharper ear for customers.

What Sage does

  • Titles, bullets and A+ content
  • Conversion tests and listing improvements
  • Review monitoring and customer insights
  • Root-cause review fixes and compliant Request-a-Review

How Sage is trained

A listing-conversion playbook brings together expert content know-how, A+ guidance and Amazon’s documentation. Sage uses your listing performance and review insights to draft improvements within Amazon’s review rules, including compliant Request-a-Review.

Not copy in a vacuum. Unlike a generic AI assistant, Sage ties proposed conversion tests to your listing and customer language. Every listing change waits for expert review and your approval.

Never incentivized reviews. Amazon does not allow public review replies.

Drafts → Expert reviews → You approve

03 The difference

AI execution. Human accountability.

Daily attention like software. Accountable judgment like an agency. One full-service team, not another software subscription.

Juno, the PPC agent

JunoPPC agent · Proposed

I found a search term that doesn’t match the product. Proposing a negative keyword, not a budget increase.

See proposed change & reasoning

Illustrative change: exclude “replacement lid” from a campaign for a complete container. The query signals a different purchase intent. The expert checks the search-term report and product fit before anything changes.

Knox, the account agent

KnoxAccount agent · Flagged

One listing has an inventory alert. I’ve flagged it for the expert and Juno before more spend is directed there. You still decide replenishment and place the PO.

Why the agents share this

Ad decisions need account context. The expert checks availability before approving a proposed budget shift. Knox flags inventory risk; Knox does not order stock.

Sage, the listing agent

SageListing agent · Drafted

Review feedback suggests the size description could be clearer. I’ve drafted a more specific bullet for expert review and your approval. Customer insights belong in the listing, not just a report.

See proposed listing test

Clarify dimensions without adding unsupported claims. Review the draft, approve a controlled conversion test, then evaluate it. No incentivized reviews or public review replies.

Senior expertHuman review · Ready for your input

I’ve reviewed the proposals. Juno’s negative keyword is ready for approval; Knox’s inventory alert stays open. Sage’s listing draft waits for your sign-off. Here’s the reasoning, not just a status light.

Try reviewing the sample negative keyword

Demo only: waiting for your decision. No account is connected.

Illustrative demo. Your channel uses your account. Nothing here is sent or saved.

One shared channel. Three specialists. An expert accountable for the work.

06 Our PPC guarantee

Lower ACoS in month 1. Or month 2 is free.

Built to improve the metric, not just the report. We can’t earn it by simply cutting spend.

ACoS must fall at least 10% relative to baseline while ad sales hold at 90% or more of baseline. If that test is not met in month 1, month 2 of PPC is free. Full-service clients receive a $1,000 credit for the PPC portion, not a free full-service month. There is no sales guarantee. Results vary; no outcomes are guaranteed beyond these stated terms.

90%+

07 The details

Straight answers.

Why not just use a bot?

With software alone, your team still owns the decisions. Our agents do the daily work, and a senior human expert approves, edits or rejects every change before it applies.

What is the commitment?

PPC Management is $1,000/month up to $50,000/month in ad spend, then $2,000/month above $50,000, measured as a two-month average. There is a 60-day minimum, then month-to-month. Full-Service Account Management is $2,750/month for up to 25 parent ASINs, not based on spend, with a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Custom scope only above 25 parent ASINs or when spend is far outside a normal fit. US marketplace. We agree scope before you start.

What is not included?

New photo or video shoots, DSP, off-Amazon ads, Vendor Central, non-US marketplaces, customer service, legal or IP filings, and inventory buying decisions. For full-service, we flag inventory issues; you decide what to buy and place purchase orders.

How do you access our account?

The free audit uses read-only access. Ongoing management connects through Amazon’s official authorization and Seller Central user permissions. We never ask for your password.

Can an agent make changes on its own?

No. A senior human expert approves, edits or rejects every proposed change. Major budget decisions and listing changes also require your approval. You see a full change log with undo, plus daily updates in Slack or email, a weekly report and a monthly strategy call.

Do you work with supplement brands?

No. We exclude supplement and nootropic brands. Our focus is US CPG brands on Amazon, including food and beverage, pet, home, beauty and baby.

Does full-service include review management?

It includes review monitoring, identifying and fixing root causes, and compliant Request-a-Review. Amazon does not let sellers reply publicly to reviews. We never offer incentivized reviews.

Is the guarantee the same for both plans?

The guarantee covers PPC only. ACoS must drop at least 10% relative to baseline while ad sales stay at 90% or more of baseline. If that test is not met in month 1, month 2 of PPC is free. Full-service clients receive a $1,000 PPC credit. There is no sales guarantee.
